- Tax Invoice for the goods in .xml and .pdf;
- GAE (Direct Customer Shipping Guide);
- VGM, declared or reported.
Reefer Cargo
- Tax Invoice for the goods in .xml and .pdf;
- GAE (Direct Customer Shipping Guide);
- VGM, declared or reported;
- Temperature chart.
IMO loads (dangerous)
For all types of cargo, the following documents are required:
- Tax Invoice for the goods in .xml and .pdf;
- GAE (Direct Customer Shipping Guide);
- VGM, declared or reported;
- DCA (Dangerous Cargo Application);
- MDGF (Multimodal Dangerous Good Form);
- Emergency Sheet;
- MSDS for the hazardous product being shipped;
- Consignor’s Declaration;
- Packaging Approval Certificates (where applicable);
- Tank Certificate (where applicable).
